         Purpose: To warn, protect, and discipline all who misuse their
                        magical

   Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures
     Purpose: To control all magical creatures and the illegal
                    purchasing and selling of Non-Tradable goods.
     Head: Amos Diggory

    Department of International Magical Cooperation
     Purpose: To keep peace between magical and nonmagical
                     nations and to encourage all wizarding nations to
                     work together.
     Head: Bartemious Crouch Sr. (Now deceased)
    
    Department of Magical Games and Sports
     Purpose: To organize and control all magical games and sports.
     Head: Ludo Bagman
     Members: Bertha Jorkins (Now deceased)

    Department of Mysteries
     Purpose: Top Secret
     Members: Bode and Croaker

   Magical Maintenance
     Purpose: Decide what weather appears through the magical
                     windows in the Ministry of Magic.
     

Ministry of Magic Building
Level 1: ??? Where the phone is?

Level 2: Department of Magical Law Enforcement, including the Improper use of Magic Office, Auror Headquarters, and Wizengamot Administration Services.
    Description:  'They turned the corner, walked through a pair of heavy oak doors, and emerged in a cluttered, open area divided into cubicles, which were buzzing with talk and laughter. Memos were zooming in and out of cubicles like miniature rockets. A lopsided sign on the nearest cubicle read AUROR HEADQUARTERS''.

Level 3: Department of Magical Accidents and Catastrophes, including the Accidental Magical Reversal Squad, Obliviator Headquarters, and Muggle-Worthy Excuse Committee.

Level 4: Department of Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, incorporating Beasts, Being, and Spirit Divisions, Goblin Liaison Office, and Pest Advisory Bureau.

Level 5: Department of International Magical Cooperation, incorporating the International Magical Trading Standards Body, the International Magical Office of Law, and the International Confederation of Wizards, British Seats.

Level 6: Department of Magical Transport, incorporating the Floo Network Authority, Broom Regulatory Control, Portkey Office, and Apparation Test Center.

Level 7: Department of Magical Games and Sports, incorporating the British and Irish Quidditch League Headquarters, Official Gobstones Club, and Ludicrous Patents Office
    Description: Untidy corridor, with Quidditch posters tacked lopsidedly on the walls.

Atrium: Main Level, includes a security desk.
    Description: Highly polished, dark wood floor. Peacock-blue ceiling inlaid with gleaming golden symbols that are 'continually moving and changing like some enormous heavenly notice board. The walls on each side were paneled in shiny dark wood and had many gilded fireplaces set into them.' The Fountain of Magical Brethren sits in the middle of the Atrium.

Level 9: Department of Mysteries

Level 10: (Only access to this level is by use of stairway) Has several Courtrooms on this level. Harry had his Hearing in Courtroom 10.
