To Trust A Stranger

A Review by Karen Robards

To Trust A Stranger is a heart pounding love story with so many twists that will keep you hooked from start to finish. It also deals with deceit, lies and people who are there one minute and gone the next with no clues to what happened.

This story is about a young woman named Julie Carlson, she's tall, slender with the most beautiful black hair that anyone has seen. She's kind, caring and a former Miss South Carolina pageant beauty Queen. She owns a little shop, actually for up coming beauty Queens. She has a very well known husband who goes by the name of Sid Carlson, what she doesn't know was how well known he really is, he's part of a mob that's controlled by his father Sidney Carlson the 2nd.

But there was a dark secret lurking in the shadows, his name was Mac McQuarry. Who was once a Police Officer turned Private Detective, Mac was dark, handsome and had a grudge against Julies mobster husband Sid. Sid was the one person who knew where Mac's missing brother was and Mac wanted him dead for killing not just his brother but Sid's first wife, Kelly, who also disappeared around the same time as his brother Daniel.

But along the way he ends up rescuing Julie from a hit man that Sid has sent to kill her. As they grow closer and closer each day they begin to see each other as more than just friends, this ladies turns into a world wind romance! Mac can't help but love Julie, and Julie can't live without Mac in her life.

This story will set pulses soaring with Mac and Julies romance to the on going action and tension between Mac and Sid. It's non stop all the way through!

"I'm so in love with you it scares me. Ever since i met you, it's like the sun has out on my life. You walk into view, and i feel the earth move. You smile, and I go weak at the knees. You cry, and my heart breaks! I'll say it again if I have to, Julie, I love you!" Mac looks into those eyes and melts.......

This book is great for people with romance in their heart, it will leave shaking at the knees wishing you were Julie. (My comment)
