Agatha Christie Novels

A Review by Gabriela

The Agatha Christie books are fantastic! They are usually about murders, but sometimes there is a robbery too. They take place in England around the 1930's. I like them because they all have great plots, are very suspenseful, and the books keep you guessing. There are lots of twists, turns, and lots of action. These books are also good for those who prefer the unhappy endings, but the people who don't will still like them. These books don't go in any specific order so you don't have to worry about reading the right ones at the right time. There are two major characters. (they aren't both in the same books) Hercule Poirot, a short little Belgian always looks at the psychology of the victim to solve the crime while Miss Marple, an old spinster would rather think as she knits.

These books are best for teens and up. The books range from 250- 300 pages long.
Three of my favorite Agatha Christie books are:
Holiday For Murder (Hercule Poirot)
The Body in the Library (Miss Marple)
Ten Little Indians

Author: Agatha Christie
Number of Pages: ~250-300
